It's going to be an action-packed night in hockey – as 13 games take to the ice on Saturday.
In the suddently jam-packed top of the North Division, the schedule is headlined by Toronto hosting Calgary. What's wrong with the Maple Leafs? Suddenly, they've lost 6 of their last 7 and are on the verge of falling out of first-place for the first time this season. Nonetheless, Toronto takes to the ice as big favourites again over the Calgary. The Leafs are laying -170 on the moneyline, despite the recent slide and 4-3 loss to the Flames last night.
Montreal is also in a slump and has lost 4 of 5 games. Yet, they go off as an even bigger favourite (-185), hosting Vancouver again tonight. The Habs lost the to Canucks on Friday. It's imperitive that Montreal win games like this against the underdog Canucks to join consideration as a playoff contender.
Edmonton continues to move up in the standings. They edged Winnipeg last night and play the second game in the series tonight. The Oilers go off at about -135 on their home ice.
