This week, Pointspreads Editor-Writer Nolan Dalla interviewed Al Mancini on Zoom.  Mancini is the Restaurant and Food critic for the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

In this 75-minute conversation, Mancini talks about how he became a restaurant critic (he started out reviewing Las Vegas strip clubs!).  Food criticism, celebrity chefs, great meals, bad meals, cocktails, and of course – Las Vegas, all are debated and discussed.
