Cherry Picks Nashville

NHL Jan 27, 2022

Don Cherry's NHL Pick for Thursday:

Edmonton Oilers vs. Nashville Predators – The Oilers have been playing well during the last two games and seemed to have turn the corner.  The Predators are on a real roll with a three-game winning streak.  They also have a better road record than a home record, which is unusual in the NHL.  Right now Nashville is in a real dog fight with the St. Louis Blues and Minnesota Wild to keep a playoff spot. The Oilers have many games coming up versus the top teams in the Pacific Division but they need to make up some ground before February where they have a brutal schedule.  I think this game will be a close one, but I’m picking the Preds with the +1.5 spread.

The Cherry Pick:  Nashville Predators +1.5 goals at -236 (puckline)
