Don Cherry's Final Pick of the Regular Season

NHL Apr 29, 2022

Don Cherry's NHL Pick for Friday

(Posted Record Here at Pointspreads.ca:  12 wins / 8 losses – 60 percent winners)

It’s coming down to the wire and the playoffs start next week. So, here is my last pick of the regular season: Florida Panthers at Montreal Canadiens.

The Panthers are at the top of the league while the Habs are at the bottom, so this should be an easy pick, right?

Even though the Panthers have 37 more wins and have scored 127 more goals than the Habs this season, I still think I will take the underdog Habs.  Why?

Well, the biggest thing for the Panthers tonight is that no one gets hurt.  For the Habs, I know Martin St. Louis would love to end what's been a disappointing season on a positive note.  So with that in mind, I will take the Habs and the +1.5 spread.

Now, lets get ready for the playoffs!
