NFL Parlay of the Week [Week 5]

NFL Oct 06, 2022

We missed last week's Parlay of the Week, giving us 2-2 for the season.  That's +3.2 units on our parlays, if you're keeping score.

We missed cashing on last week's "Parlay of the Week," which now gives us a 2-2 record for the NFL regular season.  The Ravens blew the lead again and lost at home.  We thought the Ravens would play the Bills tough (they did) and we also forecasted the game going OVER the total (which missed by 8 points).

Still, that's +3.2 units on our parlays if you're keeping score.  We'll gladly take those results and the nice profit.

If you can come anywhere close to cashing roughly 1 out of every 3 parlays, that's a high enough win rate to make a sweet score. Remember, the secret to getting an edge in parlay betting is to look for some correlation between both legs of the wager and bet it. It's essential that we win both legs, or else we lose the wager. So, picking two legs with a high confidence rate is essential.

Oh well.  Now, it's on to Week 4:

Kickoff happens in the early game in this week's parlay Sunday at 8:30 am ET. Note there are more than 500 props available on Spreads.ca on these games.

Parlay of the Week:

Parlay Pick (powered by Pointspreads.ca) – The parlay we recommend this week isn't correlated. However, these are two legs of the bet with a very high confidence level, so we're grouping them into a single parlay.

Moreover, the payout isn't nearly what we normally achieve when a standard even-money parlay cashes. Nonetheless, this appears to be a low-risk, high probability of return with two teams that are clearly superior to their overmatched opponents.

We advise betting on Buffalo at home on the moneyline versus Pittsburgh.  Buffalo is one of the Top-3 teams in the NFL right now and Pittsburgh might be in the Bottom-3. The Steelers are a mess. Fade them.

In the other leg of the parlay, we advise betting on Green Bay versus the NY Giants in the game played in London (early Sunday starting time. This is another mismatch. Both teams may be 3-1, but the Packers are so much better than the Giants that this should be an easy victory.

Combining Buffalo with Green Bay on the moneyline pays back 1.41 on a 1.00 investment. These two teams should be slam dunk wins.

Pick up the easy money.
