NHL Pick (Tuesday): Don Cherry Takes the Oilers
Don Cherry's NHL Pick for Tuesday:
(Posted Record Here at Pointspreads.ca: 8 wins / 4 losses)
Edmonton Oilers at Dallas Stars:
Well, the trade deadline is over and there were some big moves made. Tune into my podcast, Don Cherry’s Grapevine, on Sunday to find out who won and lost in the trade wars.
The Oilers come off a tough loss in OT against the Avalanche last night and Dallas won a squeaker against the Caps on Sunday. It’s getting down to crunch time and these are big games for both teams. If Dallas wants to get that last wild card spot they need to keep pace with the Golden Knights. The Oilers would love to take over second spot from the Kings in the Pacific.
The Oilers might be a little tired from that fast paced game last night, but I think they have some gas left in the tank. So I will take Oilers and the +1.5.
The Cherry Pick: Edmonton Oilers (1.43 on the puckline)
