Calgary-Edmonton matchup is a contrast of styles
The Edmonton Oilers will host the Calgary Flames on Saturday night in one of this weekend's most intriguing NHL matchups. Although both teams play in the same province and are in relatively close proximity by Canadian standards, they couldn't be more different in the way they're manned and the styles they play.
Edmonton seized a come-from-behind 5-3 victory at home its last time on the ice a few nights ago against the Vancouver Canucks. Calgary also won its last game, which was a decisive 5-3 upset versus the Stanley Cup champion Colorado Avalanche.
The puck drops at Rogers Place in Edmonton at 8:00 pm ET.
