Tina Gonzalez knows tennis – the players, the funny way the ball sometimes bounces, and the grind of the circuit. That makes her a true tennis "insider," and someone to listen to, whether you're a fan of the sport or may be considering laying down a wager.
Tina has been playing tennis on and off since the age of 9. She’s been involved with USTA League tennis as a recreational player since 1992 and has had hundreds of matches both singles and doubles under her belt.
Tina is an advocate for playing tennis at all ages and looks forward to swinging a racquet well into her senior years. While not on the tennis court, she can be found managing the hobbikats, a collection of four Oriental Shorthairs with distinct looks and personalities that have amassed over 1.6 million followers on social media.
Her cats have been featured on Jimmy Kimmel Live and HBO’s Night With John Oliver and have their own meet and greets where people across the country and beyond get the opportunity to hang with them. Her cats will be featured this winter in New York City during the Lumino City Festival of Lights on Randall’s Island. Their pictures and videos attract many well-known personalities including Valerie Bertonelli, Mackenzie Phillips and The Smashing Pumpkins to name a few.
Tina resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey and is currently enjoying working from home away from the corporate grind of New York City as an Executive Assistant for a Private Family Office . She has replaced her 2-hour extreme commute in favor of feeding the deer and wildlife in her backyard.
