Adesanya vs. Whittaker Rematch Tops UFC 271 (Saturday)
Israel Adesanya vs. Robert Whittaker 2 is the feature fight that will take place on February 12th at the Toyota Center in Houston. Fourteen UFC fights pack an attractive card that begins at 6:15 pm ET. The feature showdown is scheduled to begin at 9:15 pm ET.
The UFC Middleweight Championship rematch between current champion Adesanya (21-1) and former champion Whittaker (24-5) comes a lengthy 29 months after their October 2019 fight at UFC 243, resulting in a second-round knockout to unify the middleweight title. Most observers grade this fight pretty much as Adesanya's to lose. He's laying -290 as the favourite. It's about even money either way on the fight going the distance.

Everyone wants action on the main event, but we think the -290 lay price is a bit too high to lay.
But it's also hard to take Whittaker a.k.a. "the Reaper in this spot, either.
Adesanya confidently declared "I will not lose" at the staredown. He's probably correct, but we think he wins by decision.
