Can St. Peters Pull Off Another Shocking Upset?
TWO MUST-SEE / MUST-BET GAMES IN THE SWEET SIXTEEN ROUND
Round 3 of March Madness continues on Thursday and Friday. Four college basketball games will be played each day.
All eight matchups are intriguing for different reasons. There's also a chance to make a bet or two and hopefully lock up a profit.

Loyalists to other teams might argue, but the two most intriguing games appear to be Arkansas (#4) facing Gonzaga (#1) on Thursday and then everyone's darling St. Peters (#15) versus Purdue (#3) on Friday.

Rather than pick a side in the Arkansas-Gonzaga game, we're going with a bet on the total. The Razorbacks are 21-14 to the OVER this season. Now, they face the Zags, which are the top-scoring offense in college basketball at 87.8 points per game. Given the total is 155, we'll play OVER the number and look for both offenses to push the 80-point mark.
In the game in which almost everyone outside of Indiana will be cheering for Cinderella St. Peters, the oddsmakers don't think the underdog stands much of a chance. The Boilermakers are -12.5 favourites to advance. We'll take the points with a team that's shown great determination, so far. So, St. Peters +12.5 is our bet.
Interesting Fact: The St. Peters Peacocks would become the first #15-seed to advance to the Elite Eight in history if they win.
